Booking Policy:

While cab booking using the services of GetBookCab, the following rules apply:

A booking can be done a maximum of 6 Month's before the trip start date. Similarly, a booking can be done a minimum of 1 hours before the trip start time. Booking can be done through our website at www.getbookcab.com as well as by calling our customer service number +919555620002

For booking modifications, following rules will apply:

You can modify the end date (shortened or extended) for a booked trip without any additional charge (subject to availability of the vehicle). Changes in the trip start date will require cancellation of the trip and a re-booking, and in that case cancellation charges will be applicable. The final payment will be done after the trip end. The customer will pay (in cash) the remaining amount directly to the driver. All modification requests should be done through GetBookCab by calling our helpline.+919555620002 Direct dealings with the driver or the vendor is not encouraged. Modifications are allowed even after trip start. The customer just needs to call up the helpline to make changes.

Cancellation rules

All the cancellation requests should be done through GetbookCab by calling our helpline number. Please don't deal with the driver for cancellation directly.

1 . Greater than 24 hours before scheduled pick up time 20% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance full advance amount refunded.

2. 24-12 Hours before scheduled pick up time 20% of the advance you paid will be retained as cancellation fees and the balance full advance amount refunded.

324-12 Hours Tempo Traveller and Bus Booking  20% Of The Advance You Paid As Cancellation Fees Full Amount

4. 12-4 Hours before scheduled pick up time 20% Of The Advance You Paid Will Be Retained As Cancellation Fees And The Balance 0% Refunded * Customer can also book online without any advance payment. Our team will call the customer before confirming the booking in this case.For every booking, a car will be assigned at least 4 hours before the trip. The customer will get a email and/or sms confirmation with the car and driver details after the assignment.Customer needs to carry a printout of the booking voucher for Identification.
